Dear Pilot Families,
Thank you for your continued patience and support as we transition into this new phase of learning. We have successfully completed six weeks of Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI). Collection of the last 8 days of completed NTI work will begin on Tuesday, May 12th at 11:00 a.m. in front of the elementary school for grades K-8 and at the high school grades 9-12. Please pull to the front of the building forming a line using the interior lane. A staff volunteer will collect the work. NTI collection and material distribution will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. Be sure to place your child’s name, grade, and teacher on returned NTI materials.
Families that live in Fulton can drop off completed work from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church. Please access the driveway off of Second Street to the back of the church. Mrs. Gibbs will be located outside in the breezeway between the church sanctuary and the Willingham Center. Be sure to place your child’s name, grade, and teacher on returned NTI materials.
We appreciate your partnership during this time while we implement the practice of social distancing as directed by Governor Andy Beshear. Ensuring the safety, health, and educational needs of our students, families, and staff remains our primary focus. Meals will continue to be delivered Tuesday through Friday and school supplies are available upon request from our Family Resource and Youth Service Center. Be sure to check out our NTI link on the front page of our school website at for more information concerning NTI. Student assignments can be found by following the FCES school link located at the bottom of the NTI webpage.
Please contact your child’s teacher with any questions or concerns via email or telephone the school for assistance at 270-236-3923. We will continue to provide additional information during this time period as it becomes available.
